Skeleton Saga: (my new neighbors)

I first noticed the skeletons hanging out on their screened porch at the end of September.   I snapped this photo during the first week of October, while they were doing stretches and getting limbered up.

When I happened by in mid-October, I caught this unusual sight.  It appears that skeleton2 had performed some type of prank on skeleton1, giving him an extra head.  Now skeleton2 seems to be bored by the whole thing.

As revenge for the prank, skeleton1 tossed skeleton2 into the spider web.   More to come?  Maybe.

I happened to catch "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" the other day. I hadn't seen it for several years. As always, it brought back some childhood memories. I went to the L5P Halloween Festival today.  Fun, Zestos Ice Cream, lots of walking ... I didn't take many photos, but did take some shots of these store windows:

Today, something a bit different.

I walk around the neighborhood quite a bit, and have come to appreciate the variety of statuary I happen across.  Gnomes, cats, dogs, many many lions, and GARGOYLES!

So, today ... a little photo show of stone gargoyles that I have discovered on my walks.
