- envelopes: handmade from printed paper or magazine pages
- tags: to tuck into pockets
- pages made from handmade papers - texture rubbings, hand painted, marbled, etc...
- pages made from "serendipity" or "MasterBoards"
- pages from junk mail, coloring books, unusual paper, old greeting cards, postcards, etc...
- add punches, cut-outs, torn papers, book pages, collage, maps, catalogs, receipts, tickets and stubs, found items and ephemera
- punch out parts of pages, decorative cut borders
- paper clips (decorative - shaped)
- needlework: crochet (I like to bind a crocheted doily into the book - so that I can attach pins, pinback buttons, unusual buttons, or other items)
- needlework: cross stitch (I like to add little cross stitched pieces to the covers and pages)
- more to come ...

- ribbons, fibers, string and yarn, tatted or crocheted bits (use for charms, or attach to the binding coils or rings)
